Live Simply

We are currently taking part in the Cafod Live Simply project. You can find more information on our Live Simply page.
Parish Retreat - Saturday 21st March 2026

This will be led by Fr Tony Rogers. A half day retreat starting at 14:00 in the parish hall. More details when available.

World Day of Prayer - 6th March 2026 (12:30 for 13:00)
- Links - Spotlight, Theme/Country.
  - Our parish is hosting the World Day of Prayer for the churches in Sawston. Our gathering will take place on Friday the 6th of March at 12:30 for some food and 13:00 for worship in the church hall. Planning for the day is under way and we would welcome helpers, readers (3) and participants old and new. Although this was traditionally a Women’s Day of Prayer, the local churches have included men for the last few years. So all are welcome.
- Planning Meeting: 26/Jan/26 Info (FAO Amy Harrison)
  - The next planning meeting will take place on Monday the 26th of January at 6:30 in the church hall. The host country is Nigeria this year. And we are looking for recipes, decor, music and craft activities from Nigeria. I would like to set up a WhatsApp group for volunteers. Please get in touch with me if you would like to take part in some way.

Quiz Night - Friday March 2026
- The Quiz Night will be on Friday evening, 20th March at 7.00 for 7.30.
- Suggested donation £5, please bring cash. Proceeds to CAFOD for famine relief in Sudan.
- Up to 8 players per table.
- Bring your own drinks. For food, please come with something for the bring and share table.
- Advance booking preferred, please contact the Quizmaster, Bernie Flood, on the Parish WhatsApp group.
