Footprints Community Café

​Footprints Community Café was created in 2002 on the site of and in partnership with Sawston Free Church. The café, a registered training centre for adults with learning difficulties, depends on generous people to volunteer, giving of their time and talents.
 

Since its inception the parish of Our Lady of Lourdes has supported Footprints financially with grants for equipment and training costs but, more significantly, parishioners also volunteer in a variety of ways. Some support trainees to learn new skills whilst others are directors and maintain the accounts. Footprints is also a place where church groups meet and celebrate.​
