Terms and Conditions of Use


Use of this website, www.ololsawston.org.uk (‘the Site’) signals your agreement to the site terms and conditions of use (‘the Terms’), and continuing to use the Site confirms your agreement to be bound them.

If you do not agree to any of the Terms you must navigate away from the Site immediately and not use it in the future.

Any time spent on the Site will nevertheless be deemed to be governed by the Terms.

For the purposes of the Terms, ‘OLOL’ refers to the church community of Our Lady of Lourdes, Sawston; ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the Webmaster from time-to-time (‘the Webmaster’) operating on behalf of OLOL; the term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of the Site. Other terms should be given their ordinary meaning, however we reserve the right to amend the definition of terms at any time without notice as required.

Neither the Developer nor OLOL accept any liability for any loss or damage caused by your use of the Site or any associated website which may be referred to, linked to or otherwise associated with this site. This includes, but is not limited to, activities undertaken following reliance on information contained on the Site and loss or damage as a direct result of using the Site.

However please note that in particular we have no rights over the logos which appear on the site for the Roman Catholic Diocese of East Anglia and the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Westminster, If you believe your intellectual property is being used without your permission please contact the Developer in the first instance who will be happy to deal with your issue.

  • Unauthorised use of the Site may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.

  • The Site contains links to various third party websites. We have no responsibility for the management of these sites, in particular the content; while every effort is made to ensure only sites which are suitable for viewing are referenced, we do not accept any liability for your use of these websites, links to which are provided as a courtesy only.
